Found the vinegar taste test article. It's in Fine Cooking September 2004. For red wine vinegars they recommend: Unio Heinz Spectrum Naturals Colavita Maille Pompeian For each of the ones they recommend, they give a description of how it tastes and info about size, price, and acidity level.
