Dear Brangwayna,
There are three sources of calories in food:
Protein = 4 Calories per gram
Carbohydrates = 4 Calories per gram
Fats = 9 calories per gram
 
In order to be low in protein and carbs but high in calories, your snack would have to be high in fats.  Peanut butter right out of the spoon or a chunk of high fat cheese should do it.  So would a good chug of E.V.O.O.
