[Sca-cooks] Getting discounted foods - was: Menus

In the states I am familiar Tax Numbers are issued by the secretary of 
state.  and the limited group is what I have done.  I am aware of close 
associates that have done the same thing in many more states.  I am sure it 
is not Universal, but if you ask the right question you can usually find a 
way.
