Not a problem. Just give me your address, and I'll call the BATF and send
them right over ;-)

Seriously speaking, though, as far as I'm concerned, you can do whatever you
want to. For all of me, you could be making LSD in your bathtub, refining
crack in your kitchen, and delving into amphetimines in your spare time in
your bedroom, with some healthy but virgin cannabis plants taking the air on
your balcony, and I wouldn't give a damn- I think all that crap SHOULD be
legal, and allow people the right to go to Hel in their own handbasket. I
don't mess with any of it anymore, and I'm flat not interested, from any
POV.

But, those things I named, you at least realize that they're unlawful, and
you could get yourself in a lot of um, difficulty, if you got caught with
them.

My concern, however, is the thought, as Owen says, that distilling in any
form is lawful, and people getting themselves into a problem because of
that. When the law says that you can't do something without legal penalties
of various sorts, they mean it, and they can enforce it any time they
choose, however they choose, and standing in front of the judge and saying,
"But I thought it was legal. I wasn't hurting anyone..." isn't going to get
you anything but a horse laugh, and maybe an unofficial dumbass of the week
award in chambers.

Do whatever you like. But please, realize that it is unlawful, that there
are penalties, and don't be telling everyone that it's legal. Maybe you
won't get nailed, but I don't think you particularly want anyone else
nailed, either.

And, fer Chrissake, don't TELL all and sundry about your unlawful
activities- I don't wanna know...
