exactly.   some s/p of course.

actually, it is from foodtv... tyler florence.   .5 cup 
kosher salt, .5 cup olive oil.5 cup prepared horseradish 
(vinegar, not creamy), pepper, thyme, garlic (called for 
rosemary too, but i decided to use up the fresh thyme).

  may try this at home though. When

and less carbs.  olive oil aluminum foil, and put the 
tortillas on that on baking sheet and buile toppings to 
your heart's delight.  after all, the bread is just a 
conveyance for the toppings, right?

we call them 'pizzadillas'. 8)
