[Sca-cooks] Recipes from the Puglia region of Italy?

Hello all -

Does anyone have recipes from the Puglia region of Italy (period or not, 
that's fine)? Taking more of an interest in the region I was born in 
(it's fun being a military brat :-D ) and I'm curious to see & taste 
what the cuisine is like. From what I have been able to find out, it's a 
region known for its olive oils.
