I don't have the Intestinal Fortitude to make scrapple myself, but my grandmother used to...and I had a good friend a number of years back that made it. I still purchase it from a local farmers' market as it is one of my very favorite breakfasts...I eat it fried with fried apples. Yummmmmmmmm....... Kiri
