[Sca-cooks] baba ganousch

I ate a wonderful baba ganoush in Gaza last March. In the impoverished region the only foof the peoople can have fresh is cucumber, tomatoes and eggplant. They did a wonderful baba ganoush cooked in a bread oven, with a lot of lemon, chili peppers and sliced cucumber and tomatoes.
It was a real feast for all of us.
