[Sca-cooks] Looking for Crab recipes

In the Wedding Banquet Of HenryIV and Joan of Navarre (1404), there is a 
listing of 
"Crabbe au Creueys" in the fish courses. Does anyone know in what manner 
these crabs are made ?
