<snippage of a wonderful feast description>

That sounds just wonderful. I attended a Middle Eastern Collegium yesterday
put on by Tribe Zareefat in Conyers, GA. The feast cook's main helper had
come down with gastro-intestinal distress, so he was out of the running, and
I volunteered to help. We had no kitchen at all, the ladies room sinks for
running water, and a couple of roasters. She (Baroness Marion of
Whynterchase) did a great job putting a wonderful meal together, and
everyone was stuffed.
How many times are we involved in putting on big meals with no facilities?
It seems like all too often. Well, with enough pre-planning and
privately-owned equipment, we can always make it happen it seems, but I hope
everyone appreciates the obstacles that have to be overcome to pull it off!
