I think I cut myself off again.  I much prefer Sephardic Jewish food to
Ashkenazi.  It is much more refined and more spiced and flavorfull.

I must tell you all sometime about a dish which was prepared on friday,
taken to the public ovens in the afternoon and then picked up on Saturday
after cooking for over 14 hours!!  So good!
