[Sca-cooks] not so period breakfast

Well, except for the fact that those don't seem to period *breakfast* 
foods, they don't seem that non-period with the possible exception of 
the biscuits likely being too fluffy (or can you make similar biscuits 
using yeast instead of chemical leavening?) and the *Tomato* gravy. 
Tomato??!! gravy?
