Yeah, I swear, one reason I watch Iron Chef is because of Cen-san's
expression, rather like a deer in the headlights, when some of the "Secret
Ingredients" are announced.

Sakai-san isn't very far behind either. I think he's my favorite, because
he's truly artistic in his presentations, and because he constantly
amazes/amuses me with the ice creams he makes (raw trout? With a fried trout
skin garnish?) Thing is, if he made it, I'd be fool enough to try it....
