Although others have said what I was going to
tell you, i.e.: add hot water.  However, I
would actually add boiling water.  And if
the boiling water doesn't do the trick, I would
then add Mr. Clean mixed 50-50 with water and
let it sit overnight.  Keep doing it until
all the candy has been dissolved.  Then run
the bottle through the dish washer or wash it
thoroughly to remove any cleaning solution
from the bottle.
