Has historic reprints section and a myriad of all kinds of cookbooks.  Never 
ordered from this site.

Serious Books for Serious Cooks
http://www.foodbooks.com/welcome.htm
Has section on historic cookbooks, sells out of print books as well as new 
ones.  Divided into ethnic cooking as well as historical section.  I have 
never ordered from this site.

Acanthus Books

Sells historic reprints etc.  Good service, reasonable delivery.
