What Jadwiga and I bought was this:

includes a cookbook, short-grain rice, nori, pickled ginger, wasabi, 
dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, sushi vinegar, a rice paddle and a bamboo mat.

I've also seen sushi "dinnerware" sets that are more for eating sushi 
than preparing it, usually consisting of sushi platters, soy sauce 
dishes, chopsticks, and chopstick rests.
