Stefan, sushi is actually the rice. Many people have coloquialized the term
to include the raw fish and other goodies but technically that is incorrect.
The raw fish is actually called sushimi.
A kit would probably include the mat for rolling the filled nori, perhaps
one or more set of chopstick for picking up the pieces, possibly chopstick
rest, probably a recipe/instruction booklet, it may include a rice press,
some small serving bowls for sauce, and maybe a flatish wooden mixing
paddle. I have seen all these things and more in different sets.
