[Sca-cooks] OOP: hawaiian/polynesian recipes anyone?

Can you sauté thick chunks of Spam in a little oil and then top with canned
pineapple and the requisite red cherry?

Use the juice from the canned pineapple rings and a little soy sauce and a
tiny bit of brown sugar to make a sauce / gaze...

Just a suggestion.
