[Sca-cooks] Libre de Sent Sovi - custard tart recipe?

hello, the List!

I have just found a mention, in Scully's translation of Chiquart, of a 
recipe in the Libre de sent sovi for a flan with milk, eggs, butter, spices 
and saffron.  This is obviously essential for my current custard-tart 
obsession, but I can't find a copy anywhere online.  Would anyone happen to 
have a copy of that recipe (in translation) which they wouldn't mind typing 
in for me?
