[Sca-cooks] oil & vinegar dressings

My lord, that is EXACTLY what I would like to do, but every time I try to
mix it on the spot, All I get is a mouthful of vinegar and a mouthful of
oil, It never mixes properly. As a matter of fact, How DOES one properly
mix together a nice tasting dressing from the cruet of oil and the cruet of
vinegar that is found in many restaurants. I would really like to pour mine
from cruets as I go.
