from the finn mac cumhail legends... one of the fianna, the swiftest runner 
and a poet.   it fits cuz i have a pretty quick tongue (for better or 
worse).

but i am happy enuf with kale-tuh.

there are just no phonetic clues for the average joe to grab that gaelic 
spice  8)
