[Sca-cooks] Award winning Cookbooks 2004

I have an heraldic protege named Balthazar.  Bwaha!  I must make a 
little joke about this on the Angels baronial e-list.  

Upon further examination of the book's description and reviews on 
Amazon, I think I may buy it.  He seems to have intermediate-to-advanced 
techniques that I would like to learn.
