Try Brunswick stew,  an American South recipe with tomatoes, lima beans, corn, and a bit of bacon. There are lots of recipes you can Google for. When I was in Williamsburg one of the recipe books I picked up said Brunswick stew was originally made with squirrel. Nowadays the recipes call for chicken.
