Well, why can't we try some diet- and allergy-conscious cookie recipes for the exchange? I too would love to participate, but Tom can't have anything with dairy in it -- so, no butter, and no chocolate with milk in it (which means most brands of chocolate chips, though Ghirardelli is safe).
