I haven't done much rice pudding, but I do make stuffed grapeleaves. Remember to get the short grained rice or at least medium grained rice. It is much stickier and appropriate for puddings, porridges, and stuffings than the long grained stuff which is better for pilaffs. Cheaper, too.
