[Sca-cooks] HAPPY THANKSGIVING

My mom and son and his gf will be coming for Turkey, etc on Sunday, 
so today was a laid back day.  I had expected to work, so had planned 
an easy meal.

Toasted french bread with topped with sliced tomato, fresh basil, 
garlic, and just bit of olive oil
Cold shrimp with cocktail sauce, cucumbers, pickles, and greek olives
Sparkling fruit juice (known here as "kid's wine")
Sliced oranges for dessert

Later, I'll make pumpkin pie, apple galette, cranberry sauce, and 
cranberry bread for Sunday.
I have some homemade herb bread intended for stuffing.
