My turkey was roasted in the traditional fashion, served with yams, garlic 
mashed potatoes (which my FIL refused to eat, lol), cranberry-tangerine 
relish, pumpkin bread (wonderful, dense, moist stuff, made 3 loaves, one for 
the freezer), cornbread-sausage stuffing, green beans (no, not the 
casserole) and rolls. A lot of food for eight people..

My DH and his mom, being brave fools, are out shopping this morning, and 
then this afternoon we will play Christmas music, set up the tree, and have 
our Christmas with them before they head back to Michigan. And then tonight 
I will collapse.
