[Sca-cooks] frozen dolmas

The "Calrose" I have been finding is listed as a "medium grain" not actually a "short grain" rice.  I usually make dolmas last minute for parties, and don't take the time to do the Asian market thing at that point, usually just major chain or certain easy mom & pop stores that do carry medium grain rice.
