Rhubarb is also an American English slang term for a disagreement, often
applied to a yelling match with an umpire during a baseball game.

Turkish uses ravent and Romanian uses revent to describe the plant.
Rhabarbara is closer to the Hungarian rhebarara.  What you need is a really
is a good Serbo-Croatian to English and English to Serbo-Croation
Dictionary.  While the online dictionaries are okay for a quick check, I
haven't found any that can match a Cassell's.
