I have this attachment and find it very....limiting.   It's got metal plates 
and cannot grind anything "soft" or "oily"....they bind up the cutting edges.  
This leaves out corn and soft wheat.  If you have a supply of hard 
wheat...you are good to go.   It is adjustable.
