[Sca-cooks] transporting fresh flowers/herbs

If they're potted, transport them pot and all- that's how I used to bring my
herbs to Pennsic. If they aren't potted, then cut them just before you
leave, but them in those salad baggies they have for sale (they're regular
baggies with a zillion tiny holes in them so the contents can breathe) and
keep them cold- on ice in a cooler to Christopher's, in his fridge while
you're there, then on ice in a cooler until you use them. That should keep
them as fresh as you're gonna get them.
