[Sca-cooks] transporting fresh flowers/herbs

Pull them up by the roots instead of clipping them off.  Then wrap in wet paper towels, and place the roots in a plastic baggie with the heads sticking out.  Keep them moist and cool, but not cold.  Cross your fingers, and pray.
