[Sca-cooks] A question for horticulturists

What you have is a Sand Plum tree.  My parents have one in the back 
yard. Pretty, isn't it?  They are sour and not all that tasty but you 
can make jam out of them.  What they are good for is lots of pollen to 
support other, more copiously-bearing prunus sub-species.
