I obtained mine from Master Basilius himself when I took his class at the MK Cooking Symposium in December.  I know he talked then about being at Pennsic and teaching his class there - with an updated copy of his translation (ie: not quite complete yet).  So, if you're going to Pennsic or know someone who is...
