Thanks for all the advice.
I pinched off the flowers yesterday and am currently drying them.
I'm not sure what I'll use them in, but worse case scenario I'll make sachets.
Right now I'm in tomato chaos. Not enough to make sauce, but way too
many to eat
before they go bad. Even after giving them away. I'm thinking salsa or
eggplant
dip.
