Especially if you can get hold of some wild rice...not the stuff that's 
mixed with brown rice, but the pure wild rice...it's actually harvested 
by hand from lakes.   I managed to get hold of some a while back.  
Cooked it in the rice cooker, then sauteed it with pecans and chopped 
green apples...mmmmmmmmm.
