[Sca-cooks] OP: salsa sans capiscums?

Bell peppers are Capsicum annuum.  If an individual has problems with 
capsaicin (the active ingredient in all Capsicums), then bell pepper is just 
as nasty as hot peppers (and generally poorer in flavor, IMHO).
