It's past season (they bloom in early July in MN), but you can order them 
dried online from herbal supply places. The elder is Sambucus Nigra. I've 
never tried ordering them online, but the ones I dried smelled just as 
good as when they were fresh. It won't get you elderflowers by tomorrow, 
but it does give you the option for some future time.
