Allrighty... It looks like this topic may require a bit of investigation (which I am willing to
do), but maybe we should cut it here and move on to other topics.  I'd love to carry on the topic
privately, if anyone has anything to add in support or opposition to the lemon's presence in
period England, and if anyone comes across a reference or resource they'd like to submit. 
Especially if it is in reference to Middle English..which I am not very familiar with.
