[Sca-cooks] Strange request - Squid Liver Powder

Hosting the Florilegium I sometimes get rather unusual offers or 
requests. Some folks don't seem to investigate very thoroughly what 
their search engine found, since I don't sell any product. I end up 
reading most of them simply because it might be someone asking for 
information, such as the school kid who asked me to "send him 
everything I had on medieval food". Here is one I got today which 
piques my curiosity:
> Could you quote for us the delivery of Squid Liver Powder: 350MT 
> delivered on 9 months in Bandar Abbas, Iran.  Could you send us the 
> complete specification of your product.

Anyone have any idea what they would want the Squid Liver Powder for?
