        A terrific way to cook lamb - cut up a couple cloves of garlic and 
sliver, and insert here and there on leg-o-lamb or or nice sized chunk. (Alt, 
you can rub meat with the garlic.) Put on a spit, and butter the meat all over 
with nice brown mustard. Now pat on brown sugar. Start the meat rotissering for 
about 10 min, to set the coating, and then begin basting with a mixture of 
white wine, strong coffee, and a little garlic powder. Cook to rare and serve 
with boiled-down basting liquid (you might have to add more coffee and wine as 
you go - bast about every 10 min.)
     This recipe stolen from Elsie Masterton's Blueberry Hill Cookbooks 
(forget which one). For more exact measurements, email me - the book is buried 
somewhere in the cookbooks case...
     She recommends serving with steamed buckwheat kasha, btw
