Poor kidlet! Some of the antibiotics he's on may have affected his sense of taste and upset his stomach.

If there is no ban on dairy products, rice pudding or chocolate pudding could help.

A thick chicken soup, with pureed meats and vegetables and barley?

Peanut butter on crackers and maybe mashed bananas?

Nutella? (hazelnut and chocolate peanut-butter like spread); this can be smeared on pieces of fruit, or served in a sandwich like peanut butter and banana.

Alphabet soup?

Ice pops? Maybe you can make your own of real fruit juice ... Make them up in trays like ice cubes.

Plain pasta with chicken broth?

A big thing for me to eat when I was sick with strep throat repeatedly as a kid was consomme, which I'd soak saltines in.

Please let us know how he is doing.
