So, having _Mediterranean Seafood_ handy on the shelf ...

A collection of small fish, whose maximum lengths run from 8 to 20 cm, which
come in black, grey and red colour schemes ...
Normally used for fish soups.

No listing for Blennius pholis specifically, or for sea frog.
