My favorite recipe is full of fat but I love it anyway.

2 lbs. ground round
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 egg
1 medium onion - diced
1-4 cloves garlic - diced
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbs worchester sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 jar of anchovie stufed olives
A-One sauce

2 loaf pans

Combine first 8 ingrediants in a mixing bowl.
Divide mixture in 4 equal parts.
Place one of the equal parts in each loaf pan patting it flat.
With your thumb make a small trench in the mixture running the length of lt
loaf pan down the middle.
Place olives down the trench end to end.
Add the remaining mixture to the pan patting flat.
Lightly cover the top with A-One.
Bake in 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hrs.
Note: there is no salt in this because the Italian sauge as plenty. If
your's is low salt add a pinch or two.
Yield 8 servings.
