[Sca-cooks] Stefan finally succeeds in making cider

 I have to agree depends on where you are and who you hang with as to the 
amount, and type  of brewing going on. Legal or not the Sca has very little 
influence on this area of interest

Making wine and beer at home for personal consumption is legal, but
