[Sca-cooks] Electric knives

It may have already been said (I just started reading this post) BUT 
personally I would get a slicer.  (I own one and love it for slicing 
meats.  The other thought is to buy pre sliced roasts.... (Which is what 
I did for my most recent feast.)  (Oriental Markets RULE!!!)  
Other than that I don't have any recomendations for electric knives...
