Are you looking specifically for Chinese food books or just new topics 
in general?  I've seen some great looking Persian and Indian cuisine books
lately at Barnes -n- Nobles that I just may see if I can add one or two to my
library once I get paid again.  I can dig up ISBN info for you after my foray 
this weekend.
