Greetings and glad to hear you are home and safe!! It
was wonderful to see you again!

I have to say (again) the feast was yummy and plenty.
I MUST beg the recipe for the pastry with Proscuitto
ham. I think it was my favorite, even though when I
was helping make it I thought, how crazy, ham and
cheese and raisins and cinnamon sugar TOGETHER. But
it was sooo good. I think I got to taste all three
types and they were all quite good, if, as you say, a
bit crunchy.

The cherry pie was fantastic too, wonder if I could
fit it into the menu for Glory. I liked the mustard
sauce, as well as the garlic and the sweet, and really
enjoyed alternating and combining them on the pork.

Everyone was pouting at the missing marzipan beans, I
think because we all expected to be delighted and
surprised by your cleverness and creativity, but you
are correct there was PLENTY of food and good it was.

I very much enjoyed the cabbage rolls (not quite like
mom used to make, but tasty!) and the ravioli. I will
have to play more with semolina flour.

Thanks again for letting me play in your kitchen!
