 I have actually seen pre-mixed cinnamon and sugar for sale in grocery 
stores. Talk about the height of laziness...

My mom used to butter left over bits of pie crust, sprinkle with cinnamon 
and sugar, roll and slice it like a jelly roll, and then bake it. It was 
delicious, probably even more because it was a rare treat.
