[Sca-cooks] A mustard question

I've done mustards for demos and such for years, and usually use "stick" 
pretzels for people to taste the mustards.  Works well, doesn't 
encourage them to "have lunch" with the display like meats might, and 
pretzels kinda last, despite lack of refrigeration....
